Brainstorm

This is our brainstorm for our documentary, we came up with a few ideas.

Target auidence research

We have created a video with a voiceover and graphs explaining the conclusions we came to from our questionnaire.

We asked 3 people over 18 some questions from out questionnaire and filmed their results.

Inital Plan

We have decided that we want our show to air on BBC1 at 9pm on a monday night, this is because it doesnt clash with any other programmes that our target auidence might watch. Our target auidence is teenagers and adults.

We then came together and came up with a rough idea for our title for our documentry. Which is COLD SWEAT, we thought this play on words could have a part to pay in our documentry, also it is short and catchy.

Codes and Conventions of a TV documentary

Mobile phone video

As a task for our media production we was asked to make a short video about mobile phones.

The comments made on this video we're postive but there were some negitive feedback. The first point that was made was during the interview kirsty and people commented on the fact that Kirsty was framed a little much in the middle, so therefore it didnt follow the codes and conventions of a TV documentary. Moreover some good comments were made about the mise en scene as people said that the poster was a creative idea and it doesnt over whelm the interview. Moreover on the cut away of the two girls talking didnt cannote the right message so people made comments on the fact that they were irrelevent.
